A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a session. The balance of your fee is due at the end of your session.
We allow one complementary reschedule (to be completed within 30 days of your original session date) provided you give us 72 hours notice. If you give us less than 72 hours notice, your session will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule more than once, a $500 rescheduling fee will be required.
If weather conditions prevent us from shooting outside, we’ll move indoors. If shooting indoors isn’t consistent with the creative direction of our session, we’ll reschedule at no cost in accordance with our above stated policy. In all cases, location and weather-related rescheduling decisions are at the sole discretion of the photographer.
If you arrive late, we shoot less. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we consider it a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
Photographs are artistic creations and interpretation is extremely subjective. Because of this, we do not offer reshoots, revisions or refunds other than for technical failures or malfunctions that prevent us from delivering the agreed upon number of technically proficient images in clear focus. In the extremely rare case that we can’t deliver as promised, we'll refund or reshoot your session.
We ask that parents or guardians to stay out of the model’s eyeline. If you would like to take pictures of your kid’s session with your phone, please ask permission before you start snapping.
